ceramic Fiber Blanket is
made of high purity Alumino-Silicate (and Zirconia) fibrous wool.There
are two kinds of ceramic fibre blanket:needled ceramic fiber blanket and
non-combustible ceramic fiber blanket.It is with Low density and low
thermal conductivity,shorter heat up and cool down time.It has
resilience and resistance to thermal shock.Ceramic fiber blanket is
flexible and easy to cut or install.It is idea consist of acoustic
properties and contain no organic binder.It is also substitution of
asbestos products.
Application:
- Refractory back-up installation
- Direct exposure to heat as furnace hot face lining
- Expansion joint seal
- Fire protection
- General high temperature insulation
